About Cabin Glass

Hi, I’m Kristie! I’m a stained glass artist based in Toronto, the place I call home. I create from my home studio, where I balance my artistic work with family life, and also from my secondary studio at the historic Wychwood Barns — a vibrant community hub in my neighbourhood. The Barns studio serves as a space for client consultations, workshops, and showcasing a collection of glass samples and materials.

My work spans a wide range of projects, including custom leaded windows, restorations, privacy panels, decorative suncatchers, and light fixtures. I collaborate closely with homeowners, designers, and architects to design and craft pieces that complement and elevate their aesthetic vision.

What draws me most to stained glass is its unique relationship with light. A single piece of glass can refract and transform light in unexpected ways — casting colour, warmth, and emotion throughout a space. Incorporating stained glass into architectural and interior design creates an impact that is both timeless and transformative.
